The word fitness is often thrown around very casually forgetting the fact that it is far more than simply exercising on a consistent basis. And so we here at Helekar’s try our best to create a desirable environment where people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities can train safely. Our workout routines are never repetitive or redundant. We combine functional training, cardio, dance based fitness, and kick boxing to enhance the endurance of the body and impart tonicity to the muscle.

Irrespective of whether you are trying to lose weight, put on mass, or maintain where you are, tracking your fitness progress is an essential part of your fitness regime. We therefore make sure to calculate the BMI (Body Mass Index) of each individual on monthly basis to keep the track of the training which in turn also helps us in making changes that can stick.
